Secure Data Destruction
Starting from RM50 per device for secure data destruction using world-class software and hardware. Optional: off-site with data destruction certificate or on-site without a certificate.
E-waste Collection Box

We manage the recycling program of large enterprises like Maxis, DHL, HongLeong and many more to enhance ESG reporting & compliance (Whatsapp for details!).
Our biggest competitor pays only ½ of what we pay. Other competitors will only come for minimum 10 devices (they will mostly ignore small or inconvenient orders).

YES, but you have to do all the hard work and carry the heavy stuff, drive to the location and then negotiate. Who has time to do that!?

Because small items have a high recycling value, while big items require us to pay extra manpower to carry them away safely.
“I don’t trust anyone with my data!”
We strongly encourage you to remove any personal data from the devices and perform a factory reset to ensure maximum data security. Then, we will be able to perform a 2nd data-wipe with specialized software at our HQ.
“I live outside your Hero coverage, can I still recycle?”
YES, upon form submission we will send you a FREE shipping label so you can drop your packed items at any Pos Malaysia outlet (up to 30kg per parcel).
“I have submitted the form but have not heard back.”
Either your order does not fulfill our T&C, or we are unable to find a Hero in your area to fulfill your order. You can gather more items and submit again after 1 week.

ERTH relies on freelance Heroes for collection. Orders are fulfilled at their discretion and in rare circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel orders without justification. In case of request to return items, the return trip cost is borne by the customer in addition to RM250 per item returned. A maximum cash reward cap of RM250 per unit and RM500 per transaction applies to all orders (unless a fixed quotation is agreed prior to collection) and is subject to change at any time without notice. A device is considered "Working" if less than 5 years old. ERTH's maximum liability is RM250 per transaction. By using the service you agree to our T&C in full.
