Every data-bearing device is securely erased or physically destroyed before anything else happens to it. Personal data, work files, account credentials, photos, and documents do not survive the pickup.

For households, we collect from just 1 working device or 3 non-working items in any combination. Business pickups have no minimum quantity.

Your privacy comes first. We securely erase or physically destroy every data-bearing device before it leaves your possession.

ⓘ Are you licensed?

Yes. ERTH is authorised by the Department of Environment Malaysia, so your e-waste is handled responsibly and in compliance with local regulations.
